Connect Hyperliquid#

Link your Hyperliquid account to Anboto using an authorized API wallet. Hyperliquid is a perp-DEX: instead of a classic exchange API key, you authorize a dedicated API wallet that Anboto uses to sign orders on your behalf. Funds stay in your own Hyperliquid account. Anboto supports both spot and perpetual markets on Hyperliquid.

Prerequisites#

  • A Hyperliquid account (the wallet you use to sign in at app.hyperliquid.xyz).
  • Funds deposited on Hyperliquid.

Create the API wallet on Hyperliquid#

  1. Log in to your Hyperliquid account.
  2. Go to More → API.
  3. Enter a name for the API wallet (for example, Anboto) and click Generate.
  4. Click Authorize API Wallet.
  5. Hyperliquid displays the new API wallet's private key below the wallet name, labeled API Wallet Private Key. It is shown only once. Copy it; this is the value you will paste into Anboto's Exchange secret key field.
  6. Also note the API wallet address that was generated.

Permissions & IP allowlist#

  • The API wallet can only trade — it cannot withdraw funds from your Hyperliquid account.
  • Hyperliquid authorizes the API wallet on-chain, so there is no exchange-side IP allowlist to configure for this venue.
  1. Log in to pro.anboto.xyz and open Settings (top right) → Linked Exchanges.
  2. On the Link Perp-DEX tab, select the Hyperliquid tile.
  3. Enter:
    • API wallet address — the address of the API wallet you generated.
    • Exchange secret key — the private key copied in step 5 above.
    • Wallet address — the public address you use to sign in to Hyperliquid (your main account wallet).
  4. Save.

Anboto validates the credentials as soon as you save and shows an inline error if they are invalid.

The private key is shown only once

If you lose the API wallet's private key, generate and authorize a new API wallet on Hyperliquid and update the connection in Anboto.

Sub-accounts

Anboto does not support sub-accounts on Hyperliquid — the Hyperliquid tile has no Add sub account button. Link one API wallet per Hyperliquid account.
